Mr. Marcus Bannister a “son of the soil” has over 30 years’ experience in teaching and working with the youths from all walks of life. Mr. Bannister was previously employed with several High schools throughout the Port of Spain area as well as, the Cooperative Development Bank before founding Edu-Tech.
After operating Edu-Tech successfully for over 10 years Mr. Bannister migrated to the U.S to pursue further Education and Training. In his pursuits and while exploring other parts of the world Mr. Bannister attended the Brooklyn College and completed a BS Degree in Public Accounting. While continuing his studies he worked his way up in the construction industry wearing many caps as Contract Accountant, Contract Administrator, Construction Superintendent, Sr Estimator, Sr Project Manager, Director of Estimating Cost Control and Chief Estimator.
Always with this burning desire to serve, and a relentless passion for teaching Mr. Bannister kept busy teaching and training junior staff members in various areas of their scope of work and operations.
Now equipped with more than three decades of vast experience, training and technical know-how Mr. Bannister decided to relaunch Edu-Tech with the aim and intention of bringing needed assistance to the wider community in this time of challenge and dire need.
